Sunset House

Sunset House is the transformation of an existing residence through a process of adaptive reuse that preserves and builds upon the original structure. Rather than starting from scratch, the project retains key concrete walls and reinterprets the home through a new layout, expanded openings, and stronger connections to the landscape.

The architecture combines exposed concrete, white plaster, wood, and dark metal elements to create a restrained and timeless aesthetic. Living spaces extend toward the rear garden through a covered terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding vegetation.

Inside, natural light becomes a defining element, illuminating a material palette of wood, stone, and concrete while reinforcing the connection between interior and exterior spaces.
