Located in Coconut Grove, Casa22 is a tropical modern residence that combines contemporary design with influences from Balinese architecture and subtropical living. The home balances privacy and openness through a restrained front façade and a fully open rear elevation that connects the interiors to the pool, garden, and outdoor living spaces.

The ground floor includes a private office and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area organized around a sculptural black volume that contains service spaces. Upstairs, four bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, including a primary suite with its own terrace.
