A 20-year-old pizza place was completely redesigned to house a sophisticated Asian fusion restaurant.
The design was based on “Art”, A wood slat ceiling treatment welcomes visitors and direct them to the host. The sushi bar sits on the right hand side of the entrance and a tall communal table runs down the middle of the space. A big part of the concept is to engage diners to share.
Almost all walls are covered with large fish scales some painted in different tones of burgundy and magenta, the restaurant branding colors.
On the right hand side, a large was intentionally left completely white, as a space to display art, and switch exhibitions from time to time.
