A uniquely concentrated mix of skills, crafts and disciplines, we work across every sector, and at every single level. By combining curiosity with courage, we help anyone and everyone to imagine, design, and build with confidence, clarity, and without fear.

We are more than creatives, consultants or contractors. We are a dynamic team of collaborators and co-conspirators. We work nationally and internationally with like-minded clients (or as we prefer to call them, friends) to make things simpler, bolder; more interesting or more inspiring. Our studio is in Miami. Our practice is focused mainly on High-end residential work, but we have gathered tons of commercial experience over the years as well. Each of our projects develop as a unique response to the site and client.

We are a multi-disiplinary studio that offer our clients everything they may need to see their project through from land acquisition and preliminary planning, all the way to materials specifications and construction.

As a Design+Build office we make sure all parts of the process fit perfectly ensuring our clients an experience that is pleasant, on time and on budget.

SO, WHAT IS DESIGN+BUILD?

Design+Build is a construction delivery method that provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. One single entity holds responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a project — from estimation, feasibility and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, and construction. This entity, the Design+Builder, manages all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors and materials providers.

Construction and renovations can be very stressful, too many factors and parties involved, and too many things that can go wrong.

However, when a single team works together from start to finish, in open communication and purposeful collaboration, everything is different. It’s the notion that when owners sit at the same table with architects, interior designers, engineers, estimators and builders, great ideas are born and creativity arise, resulting in cheaper, faster and better solutions.
